For the past few weekends my go to outfit has been a battered pair of old jeans, a t-shirt and a sweatshirt. Moving house does not call for glamorous or even nice outfits so seeing as I was out and about to give blood, and my Dad and his wife were coming round for lunch to see the house, I thought I’d make a little bit more effort.
The wonderful thing about moving house is that you unearth things that you had entirely forgotten you owned, this hat is one of those things. After Joe had finished pretending to be James Bay rather unsuccessfully I popped it on and did my best Rebecca Cohen impression, I’m not sure I pull it off quite as well as she does but I quite liked it! I’m not off to buy more hats to test out before I realise they really don’t suit me.
I also realised I had a stash of new pieces from F and F that hadn’t been worn so that sorted my outfit for the day, this jumper is such a perfect colour for winter, it’s going to be my go to for the festive season.
I’m off work tomorrow to wait in for the Sky engineer and it’s the first day in over 3 weeks that I can relax, I can’t wait for some me time and to catch up on blog things!
