Tweet Eats: Vapiano, Manchester

I'm slowly working my way through all of the restaurants in Manchester to eat my body weight in pizza recommend the best ones for you to visit. We popped into the newly opened Vapiano at the Corn Exchange a few weekends ago midway through a shopping trip to see what the rather odd set up was like, and to eat pizza obv.
It's not a 'normal' restaurant, there are no waiters or waitresses, no orders taken and no pressure to leave. You're presented with a contactless card when you arrive which you scan at each station where food is prepared to order, you can choose from pizza, pasta, salad, dessert and more, then you just pay on the way out! It's a really relaxed and informal environment, perfect for popping in for a slice during a day of shopping or catching up with friends, there's no pressure to leave so you can stay and natter for as long as you fancy.

I was actually really impressed with the quality of the food, it's all prepared as you wait so you know it's really fresh and I love how you can have a little bit of everything as and when you want it.

To find out more about Vapiano visit their site here to venture down to the Corn Exchange in Manchester for a slice.

  1. This is such a cool concept that they don't have any waiting staff! The food looks delicious too x
