Sadly, due to mine and The Man's messy tendencies, we will only achieve my pinnable dreams for around 10 minutes before we manage to cover it in socks, magazines, Coke Zero (that's Joe not me) and wine glasses (that might be me). But, a girl can dream and this post on Graham and Green's blog taking a sneaky peek into design blogger's home had me at 'interiors inspiration'.
I love the clean lines, minimalist design and the little touches of foliage dotted around. I will retire to bed tonight and dream of owning an office space like the one above. One day I'll grow up and be able to keep a plant alive for more than four hours.
Dresses, dresses, dresses. My head has been filled with dresses for the past couple of months as I plan what to wear for The Man's brother's wedding over Easter. I had initially decided on this dress from Coast (which I can't find online for some reason), but I cannot justify spending that much on a dress when I should be spending it on a wedding present. Le sigh. If anyone has a spare £200 that they'd like to donate, please do let me know!
I have become rather obsessed with Coast's lookbooks within my dress obsession, there are some lovely things in there and I will undoubtedly end up purchasing something that would be more suited to a princes rather than a chubby blogger from Manchester.
Copper pineapples have been in the forefront of my mind for the past few weeks, I don't know where I've got this obsession from or why, but for some reason, I need a copper pineapple in my life. I found this one which I adore but I'm going to stay on the hunt for a vintage one I can hopefully pick up for a more reasonable price. But what is a reasonable price for a copper pineapple? No one knows.
At the same time as being obsessed with dresses (and copper pineapples), I'm also in the mood to get a whole new wardrobe. I want to refine my wardrobe, filling it with better quality staples and statement pieces rather than buying high street all the time.
As with Coast, I've been spending a lot of time swooning over Esprit, my wardrobe is longing for a refresh. I also need this blazer in my life, isn't it just perfect?
As always at this time of year, I want pretty much everything on Three Floor. If this collection was suitable for a wedding (I have actually worn Three Floor dresses to two out of five weddings I've been to) then I'd be all over it. But alas, there's a bit too much skin on show for my body and my boyfriend's family's eyes.
What are you lusting over for Spring? Don't forget to keep an eye out for a copper pineapple for me!
