Sigh, with the craziness of London Fashion Week and various weekends away, this month has been pretty pathetic from a fitness perspective. But, March promises to be different!

We're off to a wedding (one that promises to be rather amazing) over Easter weekend so I have four weeks to get myself a little fitter and a little healthier. I'm not expecting miracles in four weeks but I know I can do enough to boost my confidence and get me feeling a bit happier in my own skin.

I've got all new kit which always helps me feel more motivated to exercise! The outfit above is my standard running look at the moment, I'm not usually one for pink workout gear but these coral leggings and top from F&F* are the perfect shade. I'm loving my Merrell trail running shoes from Blacks*, they are so comfy!

 These are the changes I'll be making for March, fingers crossed I can stick to them!
  • Run at least 5k a week
  • Water NOT wine (maybe gin is allowed...)
  • Clean eating, no cheating
  • Swim twice a week
  • Get lifting!
Despite ditching running club tonight for an evening at a brewery (sorry not sorry) the health kick is back on, it's coconut water and celery for me from here on in! Send help.
