Review: Panache Dahlia
I've recently realised that I have an underwear problem, the sheer volume is getting out of control but I'm still finding excuses to expand it further!
The Panache Dahlia Balconnet Bra and brief set is the newest addition to my collection and is one of the few un-padded bras I own, making a refreshing change from the usual super structured styles I tend to favour.
This set is fast becoming one of my go-to everyday sets, the fit is great, it's comfortable and the sheer, lace detailing gives me that little confidence boost!
The important details
- Available in black and nude
- Available from 30 to 38" around the band and up to a J cup. The briefs are available from size 8 to 20.
- Adjustable straps and underwired cups
- Non-padded with lace detailing
The Dahlia bra is a non-padded balconnet with half a cup of sheer, lace with adjustable straps. It's suited to the every day but, because of the sheer fabric, it's also rather sexy. The briefs are full and therefore very comfortable but the sheer fabric and art deco lace detailing make them flattering, sexy and perfect for wearing under skinny jeans or flowing fabrics without the dreaded VPL.
The fit is very comfortable around the bust; the straps and cups and fully adjustable for you to find the perfect fit. The bra sits flush against the chest and the lace detailing comes up quite high on the bust keeping everything secure.
The cup creates a lovely shape to the bust, everything is smooth and rounded which is perfect for someone who is used to padded, shaped bras. This is the perfect alternative if you fancy trying out something a little different.
The bra is £30 and the briefs are £15, but prices may differ from different sites and stores.
