What Did You See Today?

Breakfast on the balcony in Port de Soller.
The lovely Port de Soller and the view out to sea!
An adventure into Soller town on a little tram!
The Man exploring the town.
The stairs in the art gallery in Soller.
Back to Port de Soller to see the Sunset, beautiful!

I doubt many people know but I have terrible eye sight, like really terrible eye sight. I rocked those round glasses before JK Rowling had even thought about Harry Potter, but nowadays I wear contact lenses and am always trying to take care of my peepers.

Last week was National Eye Health Week and Boots got in touch to ask if I’d be interested in taking you through a day of my life through photos to show you what I see! I decided to take you on holiday with me and share a few more holiday snaps from one of the days me and The Man spent in Mallorca from breakfast on the balcony to sunset!

I’m such an eye care geek and want to make sure you’re looking after your eyes too, always think about the key areas below:

Care – Why?

Long days in front of a computer screen, not managing to eat a balanced diet or forgetting to take your make-up off at night can all contribute to uncomfortable, irritated eyes. I usually use eye drops for dry eyes before, during and after work to make sure my contact lenses don't get irritated!

Protect – Why?

We protect our skin with sun lotion and it’s just as important to protect our eyes from the sun’s glare too.

Check – Why?

Having your eyes checked at least every 2 years will not only help us to check how well you can see but also help to detect any eye or underlying health issues early on – making them easier to manage.

Don’t forget to take a look on the Boots website too and make sure you’re taking the very best care of your eyes, it’s so important!
