Adam Winder's Family Portraits

These images are the work of Adam Winder, LCF Graduate and acquaintance from my London days. I stumbled across them whilst wandering around the LCF Showtime profiles (it's what I do if I'm bored...) and instantly fell in love with Adam's incredibly well dressed family.

He has managed to get his hands on some incredible pieces from some of my favourite designers, dressed up his cousins, uncles and parents then captured the results.

Katie Eary's glasses look awesome on Adam's family dog, Alun Davies' headpieces on his Great Uncle Brian are oddly fitting, Yvonne Lau's glittery silver creation look perfect on his cousin Matthew, Piers Atkinson headgear is wonderfully contrasted on his little cousin Emily and the Ena Dondertman helmet looks wonderful on his Grandmother.

I love this concept, bringing incredible designers' work and putting them on people and in places they would never usually be seen. I would ADORE seeing someone's normal Grandmother wandering around Asda wearing Katie Eary's latest collection. I would actually die happy.

To see more of his work and to contact Adam, visit his profile.

ALSO there should be a cheeky little competition up here tomorrow, so check back!

P.S. I decided to do a few tweaks to the blog today but ended up changing EVERYTHING. What do you think? To keep or not to keep?

This is brilliant!! I just love it! I think the headpeaces are what really do it for me... especially grandmas hahaha it just all looks so random! One would never expect to see the matchines he's made. Genius.
