Steven Emberton and Deluxx Digital

Isn't it great to simply just look at lovely pictures every now and then? It always relaxes my rather tired eyes.

These images, shot by Steven Emberton, are perfect examples of this. They remind me of oil paintings rather than digital photography, the kind of out of focus, streaky treatments on them make my brain happy.

Also, how lovely are the clothes? I pretty much want everything featured in this shoot in my wardrobe.

To see more of Steven's work visit his website. I thoroughly suggest you check out Deluxx Digital too as it's a little bit awesome.

Check out my ebay shop for some vintage treats on the cheap and help me actually fit things in my wardrobe!

The competition will be up tomorrow!  There's some exciting prizes so make sure to check back tomorrow morning!

  6. These photographs have such a beautiful quality to them. I agree with Andrea - they do look like they've been painted and left to fade on the wall. It's a very interesting effect.

  35. Hi I'm the photographer who took these pictures. They were shot on a wooden plate camera, with 8 x 10 inch polaroid film. The model with the beautiful eyes is Tots. Thanks for all of your comments.
